Documentation & customs support
The paperwork is where first-time importers lose the most time and money — a wrong HS code changes your duty, a mismatched invoice and packing list stalls clearance at Chattogram, and a missing document can hold a container for days. We prepare and check the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, and coordinate the C&F clearance so the shipment moves. If you import in your own name, we support your documentation; if you don’t hold an IRC, we can clear under our own.
Payment in BDT, no LC headache
For many small and mid-size importers, opening a bank Letter of Credit is the hardest single step. Through our import support you can pay locally in Taka; we settle with the Chinese supplier in RMB or USD.
