Shared or Multi-Client Warehouses

These facilities store goods for multiple businesses, usually priced by pallet, shelf space, or volume. They suit importers who don’t need dedicated space and want to avoid a long-term lease commitment.

Dedicated Private Storage

A dedicated space, rented or owned, gives full control over layout and access but requires a larger upfront commitment. This tends to make more sense once your import volume is consistent enough to justify it.

Port and Bonded Storage
