A Quality Control Checklist to Use Before Shipping from China
Quality control is not a single step at the end — it works best as a series of checks across the whole production cycle. Using a simple checklist helps make sure defective goods never leave China in the first place.
Before Production
Agree the specification in writing, approve a golden sample, and confirm materials and packaging. Clear standards at the start prevent most disputes later.
During Production
A check partway through the run catches problems early, while there is still time to correct them. This is far cheaper than discovering a fault after everything is made.
Before Shipment
A pre-shipment inspection on the finished goods is the most important check of all. It confirms the order matches your specification and is properly packed before it leaves the factory — the heart of good quality inspection.
